柴魚麵湯頭 Bonito Soup Base for Noodles

材料 Ingredients

柴魚高湯 (煮出汁) Bonito Stock 1 份 Portion 鹽 Salt 1 小匙 tps 淡色醬油 Light soy sauce 2 小匙 tsp 味醂 Mirin 2 大匙 Tbs

註：柴魚高湯可以用6杯水加3小匙柴魚粉替代。
Note: The bonito stock can be substituted with 6 cups of water plus 3 tsp. of dashi powder.

做法: 將所有材料混合及可。
PROCEDURE: Mix all the ingridents.
